How we use cookies.

This page explains which cookies and similar storage technologies the Elysian Health Clinics website uses, what they do, and how you can control them.

01. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors interact with the site. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage and pixels.

02. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to function — authentication, session management, security. These cannot be disabled.

Preferences

Remember your choices such as filter state on the directory, consent preferences and dashboard layout.

Analytics (optional)

Help us understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited, which searches are common, which providers get views. Loaded only after you accept analytics in the consent banner.

Marketing

We do not currently use marketing cookies on the Service.

03. Third-party services

When active, analytics cookies may be set by:

  • Google Analytics 4 — for aggregate usage measurement.
  • Sentry — for runtime error diagnostics (no identifying information stored).

We do not place these until you consent via the cookie banner.

04. Managing cookies

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the site footer. Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies directly.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the site from working correctly — for example, you will not be able to sign in or manage a provider profile.
