Elysian Health Clinics is an editorial directory of psychedelic medicine providers. We publish information about listed providers after our verification process, but we are not a clinical provider, a medical service, or a booking platform.

Information on the Service is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician with questions regarding a medical condition or treatment.

You agree to:

• Use the Service in accordance with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries, applications or claims.
• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any provider.
• Not use the Service to harass, defame, or post unlawful content.
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

Providers who claim or register a listing take on additional responsibilities: keeping their profile accurate and up to date, responding promptly to verification requests, and operating within the legal scope advertised on their profile.

We may suspend or remove a listing if we reasonably believe it is inaccurate, unlawful, or misleading.

The Elysian Health Clinics name, branding, design, editorial content, and directory compilation are the property of Elysian Health Clinics. You may link to the Service and cite short excerpts with attribution, but you may not reproduce the directory or editorial content in substantial part without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we take verification seriously, we cannot guarantee that every fact on every listing is accurate at every moment, or that any provider will meet your specific needs. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elysian Health Clinics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Service or any treatment you pursue via a provider discovered through the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months (which is typically zero).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; deleting your account is available from your dashboard or by request to privacy@elysiansearch.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
